I didn’t know it was possible for AI to accurately understand multiple languages or to identify who is talking. Using it for meeting transcripts and for live translation when I need to communicate with someone who doesn’t speak English ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — IPhone version is broken *2026-05-16* I have thoroughly enjoyed this app while using an android phone for the last few months now that I’ve switched to an iPhone I’m no longer can get this app to work correctly. Not only are the words that the app is saying it’s hearing wrong, but it is also translating wrong. Then I tried to go into the custom prompt to fix the translation, but the button is stuck behind the keyboard and there’s no way to get that button. Definitely not worth $20 a month for pro!!! ### 1/5 — Don’t pay *2026-04-01* Doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Transcription upload issues *2026-03-04* Bought the subscription which is not almost 30 dollars a month, with significant issues uploading the transcript. 2 out 5 times, transcription failed to upload. I feel like it is a waste of quite a lot of money. I lost 90 mins of translation. Leider friert der Transkriptionsprozess häufig ein, sodass man nicht weitermachen kann. Wenn dieses Problem behoben würde, könnte ich mir ein Abonnement gut vorstellen. Die Preise finde ich aktuell etwas zu hoch, solange diese Fehler bestehen. Eine wichtige Verbesserung wäre außerdem die Anzeige von Timecodes in den Transkriptionen und im Export. This app accurately transcribes both languages flawlessly and the custom prompt feature allows you to manipulate transcript to get summaries and action items in English - fantastic for my generation who often combines languages to communicate, especially when working through a family project ( joint property repairs ) that requires frequent meetings/calls and we need notes to keep broader family up to date. ### 5/5 — Помогает глухим *2026-02-22* Очень качественная расшифровка речи в текст. I downloaded it and had it transcribe as my wife was talking with a taxi driver. It was so fast and accurate. I've downloaded this for Tet holiday.
