## What is Sonnet?

Your books. Your reading space.

Sonnet is an offline ebook and PDF reader for your own books and documents. Import your DRM-free files, build a personal library and pick up where you left off. No account required.

READ COMFORTABLY
Make each page comfortable with adjustable fonts, text size, spacing and margins in reflowable books. Choose light, warm paper, dark or black themes, navigate chapters and save your place with bookmarks.

KEEP NOTES AND HIGHLIGHTS
Highlight passages, add notes and revisit ideas in your notebook. Export your notes, look up words and save vocabulary as you read.

ORGANIZE YOUR OWN BOOKS
Open EPUB, PDF, TXT, HTML, Markdown, FB2 and CBZ files from your device's file picker. Organize your library with collections, favorites, tags and reading status. Browse by author or series, zoom into PDFs and choose your comic reading direction.

FIND YOUR NEXT BOOK
Find books links to independent provider websites. Browse and download in your browser, then use Add books to import a supported file you are allowed to use. Availability, accounts, borrowing and copyright rules vary by provider, edition and country. The saved source list is available offline; visiting websites and refreshing sources need internet.

LISTEN WHEN IT SUITS YOU
Listen to TXT and PDFs with readable text using an installed offline voice. Play your own MP3, M4A and M4B audio files, adjust playback speed and set a sleep timer. Available voices, languages and audio formats depend on your device.

KEEP YOUR LIBRARY LOCAL
Your imported books, notes and reading progress stay on your device. Export a manual backup to keep your collection or move it to another supported device. There is no automatic cloud sync, so make a backup before uninstalling or changing devices.

STAY FOCUSED ON YOUR BOOK
Enjoy reading without ads on book pages. Ads may appear in the library.

BEFORE YOU IMPORT
Try the included sample documents or bring your own books. Sonnet does not include a bookstore or unlock protected bookstore purchases. Scanned pages can be viewed, but text selection, search and read aloud need an existing text layer. Reading tools vary by document format and layout.

Reading works offline after import. Cloud file providers may need internet to download your originals. Source-list refresh, ads, usage analytics and crash reporting use online services; see the privacy policy for details.
