Dropped speakers, long delays in the app (even after “improvements”) and buggy software. Hardwiring into the router didn’t help. All of which led me to Reddit, which led me to Sono+. It makes using Sonos a joy. I had forgotten what it was like to have lightning fast functionality. And perhaps best of all is that the developer is incredibly passionate and responsive. All feedback I’ve provided has been followed-up with thoughtful responses. A great experience in all regards.
