Zero functions or configuration options unless I fork over more money? Now it is a marathon designed to enable Sonos to extract money from its unfortunate customers. This is in Sonos’ tradition of treating its customers with contempt. ### 1/5 — Money under pretence’s *2024-09-22* My Sonos one wouldn’t work and after 20 min of trying everything a message came up ,,,,Sonos S2 is ready to download. So thinking there were changes I started the process and found out I had to pay for the new app so I continued , not only does the new app not work but it can’t be navigated and I don’t know it’s purpose as it seems to do nothing. Fortunately some how my old app started up again I don’t know how or why but I’m suspicious it was all a rouse as the same thing happened a couple of months back and it drove me round the twist is it a con you sell you S2 which does nothing.
