### 2/5 — Not great

*2023-12-22, version 1.5.1*

More than the app I’m disappointed with the pulse oximeter, only records up to 30 seconds, no overnight recording.
The app asks for log in info every time and does not save information or allows Face ID, very annoying. Poor settings and lack of user info.
Not recommended. I’m returning the pulse oximeter and deleting the app.

### 5/5 — Works as advertised

*2023-03-06, version 1.4.1*

It took a few reboots of the device and start stop the app a few times before I could change then save settings on the device using the app . My hands are so dry I have to moisten them to get a good reading. Registration flawless.

### 2/5 — The date is always off by one day

*2023-03-04, version 1.4.1*

I've taken the steps they recommended for getting the date to be correct and it does not work. The device works well, but the app needs some hefty updating.

### 2/5 — Why is my location being used?

*2022-08-13, version 1.3.0*

Yeah this app needs work. Keeps using my location after I’m done using it. Share options are just ok. Too bad a great product has a subpar app.

### 2/5 — This is too buggy to be relied on if you really need

*2022-07-31, version 1.2.5*

App finds the device (heart rate monitor) and gets only 3-8 out of 16 readings then crashes. It doesn’t upload any of those readings though. I’ve tried 20 times. Restarting device, restarting iPad, nothing helps. Tried turning off internet access, too.

It did manage to connect after the first set of readings. It took a couple of tries but once it found the Bluetooth device, it connected. Now…nothing. Hope I don’t really need the readings anytime soon, :(

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App is horrendous

*2025-04-01, version 1.6.0*

The device itself is solid. The app is so badly written you can't even get it to connect let alone accomplish anything else. If I could give a rating of negative stars, I would.

### 1/5 — 2024 update

*2024-02-21, version 1.5.2*

Does not work anymore can not sign in or sign up!!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Keep Data or Transfer to Apple Health

*2023-12-03, version 1.5.1*

The App requires me to add my EKG device every time I use it. When it does sync data, the dates do not align with the days the EKG was taken. Also, the app doesn’t keep the history all of the time. After connecting I mayI see the history with misaligned dates and 15 minutes later after having to reconnect again, there is no EKG data at all.

Also, there doesn’t appear to be an EKG data field when adding the App to Apple Health. There are steps and other health metric data fields, but not EKG, which is what I bought the device for and downloaded the related App. Very disappointed and plan to call the company, return the device and get a refund.

### 1/5 — Inaccuracies

*2023-10-26, version 1.5.1*

My dates are incorrect and I have PVC’s im tracking I have had readings on the ECG showing normal yet once transferred to my phone app they show a PVC when there weren’t any. No ability to delete is also a pain Im up to 52 tests so I believe my readings are getting corrupted in the transfer process which is klunky at best and need to restart frequently. I expected more from a “Medical Device”

### 1/5 — Worthless app

*2023-08-24, version 1.5.0*

I purchased the ECG device and I am happy with it. It has picked up on some temporary arrhythmias that I was having.
As far as the app goes it’s just terrible. When I open the app it tries to sync with a pulse oximeter but that’s not what I have.
Over and above, it just won’t sync with my iPhone 14 pro. I don’t really need the app but it would be nice to have a functional platform.
Get your act together, app creators!!!

### 1/5 — SonoHealth EKGraph “email wrong format”

*2023-01-24, version 1.3.2*

Unable to use the application because unable to join. Says, email not correct format. YES IT IS! I give up.

### 1/5 — App is junk

*2022-09-04, version 1.3.0*

As others said ‘settings’ is just a blank page. The app is useless. I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve restarted my iPad, settings will not appear. This is a useless app for the majority of people. And seems to be no help or response from the manufacturer.

Update, no help at all. Website link takes you to an 404 error..non existing page. Apparently they got our money for the device which won’t work with the app and gone back to china

### 1/5 — Blaring issues

*2022-07-26, version 1.2.4*

You must restart the phone and clear the memory and restart your phone everytime you want to sync. Meaning you have to transfer the data everytime you sync or you lose it, otherwise the app crashes everytime you do. Taking readings is easy but the use is sullied by the app.

### 1/5 — Won’t sync

*2022-07-21, version 1.2.4*

I’ve tried over and over to sync the device to the app. Every time it crashes.

### 1/5 — Really bad app experience

*2022-07-12, version 1.2.4*

The app does NOT Successfully synchronize from the device, Even after this latest update.

 I'm running an iPhone SE.

Both devices have been restarted and fully charged.

App opens, starts to try to sync and then just fails.

It may work successfully one out of 10 times trying.

Really hoping this becomes a priority to fix soon.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Thank you.

*2024-08-17, version 1.6.0*

After less than a week, the oximeter saved my life. My previous oximeter was from a generic store. When my o2 started to drop, my doctor thought I was being dramatic.
With the Sono Health oximeter loading the data to my phone’s health app, I was able to text the readings to my doctor showing hypoxia and heart rate of 46 with activity. Ambulance was called, and I’m in the hospital recovering.
