I keep getting a server error. Very frustrating ### 1/5 — I can’t log in *2026-07-28* I’ve used this app for years without issue, and suddenly with the last update I have been logged out. Every attempt to log in returns the error message “Something isn’t right! The server responded with an error.” There is no issue with my account, I can still log into the website, and check out books both in person and in Libby. This is really frustrating, because I use the app to search the catalog and place holds often. ### 5/5 — Best Library App Ever *2026-05-21* I can’t get enough of these books. I’ve visited a lot of these local libraries to check out the selection and I’ve been hooked since. I love the feature that lets me check up on books currently on hold, that way I can keep track of my due dates. There’s also a shelf of already read books I love adding to. Best library app ever!! ### 1/5 — iPad version is missing some iPhone features *2025-04-14* Old version for iPhone and iPad were better. Not sure why they had to change the format. iPad version is missing feature to add other library cards like your kids but the iPhone version lets you do it. Wish they would bring back the previous version. ### 2/5 — Upgrade made everything worse *2025-02-05* Why was this app redesigned? The interface has a clunky flow and its look and feel is less appealing than the old one. More importantly though, now I need to sign in at Amazon everytime I want the Kindle format of a borrowed eBook; the old version kept me signed on at Amazon, and also had a "Done" button that would close the Amazon page. Ugh, I am wary of these so-called upgrades that are breaking things rather than make them more convenient for users, but this particular upgrade was FORCED upon us since the old app stopped working. ### 5/5 — Love this app *2025-02-01* I use this to find and hold titles and Libby for audio books and to read magazines. Super handy. ### 3/5 — Easy to navigate, miss old features *2024-12-18* I like the bottom navigation bar in the app, it’s much more intuitive compared to the previous edition. I miss the ability to separate my saved for later into different lists.
