I prefer to use the phone app due it’s practicality however there are a lot of issues. My main issue is that the app doesn’t have great compatibility with a mobile device as most of the inputs go off the screen and the boxes aren’t always visible. Would be great if it could be tweaked for the phone app. Nonetheless, it’s very useful and would recommend for servers looking for a CAD. ### 3/5 — New update *2021-05-25* The new update causes app to only show base app you can’t look at reports or anything I have a 12 pro max so screen fairly large but it could be my phone or something just wondering if people having the same issues is this getting fixed ### 3/5 — Tab issues on XS Max *2021-05-16* I love this app soooo much and I know it will be extremely helpful while in GtA RP but I noticed with the IPhone XS Max when I click records to try and add a new record in the system it adds a Tab on the top left of the screen and will not open or anything. It’s just stuck on the main screen when loading the app up. I really hope there is a fix for that soon cause I want to use this app sooo badly, I know it will make my job so much easier. ### 2/5 — Functions BUT *2021-05-12* When I go to look someone up, the pop up goes to the top left corner of the screen and I can’t move it back over ### 3/5 — Cad *2021-05-11* When I try to lick on something the thing goes to the side and you cant click on the thing ### 3/5 — Good, but needs more *2020-07-04* It's good that Sonoran has a phone app. However, there are a lot of changes needed, if people are going to pay for this app it needs to be optimised for mobile. E.g. creating a character is difficult, I cannot see all of the inputs and what they're for. Overall great app and will be very useful, just needs to be a bit more user friendly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Update issues *2025-10-28* Says i need to update but i just downloaded it and i dont see anything to update ### 1/5 — Scam features *2024-11-08* Was told the PDF report feature were behind a subscription paywall however the ability to access PDF reports was free up until a month ago. No problem as I was told I had to purchase a subscription, I purchased the subscription and still can’t access PDF reports. Support tells me it’s past 48 hours and refund can’t be given. Scammers ### 1/5 — bad charging *2024-08-10* i deleted the app because i didnt want the subscription and it keeps trying to charge my card causing it to prevent my account from downloading app and i have never purchased the subscription and i deleted it so i can’t redownload it to cancel the charges help ASAP ### 1/5 — What was the point? *2024-05-06* If I wanted to view this in a browser. Waste of money if they’re not gonna optimize it. ### 1/5 — Impossible to cancel subscription *2022-10-30* I bought the Plus version of the subscription, and used it for a while, after a while I got bored of it and attempted to cancel my subscription but it wouldn't let me "modify" my subscription to cancel it (I did try on the website). When you go to the page and clicked it, it didn't do anything or open a page. I did check the 'tutorial' or help tab, its weird the buttons on the outside are clickable but not "Modify". I admit i'm to lazy to call for customer service or something, but I did email customer support, but I just got the most generic email that just to me to a support page that DIDN'T even work! I tried sending something in the page but popped up was "Manage and Modify subscriptions" or something like that, but the thing is it just told me to modify my subscription WHICH I CAN'T DO CAUSE THE BUTTON DOESN'T WORK, and I just clicked the box below saying these aren't the issues or something like that, but guess what? THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOESN'T EVEN WORK TOO, it wouldn't let me even send the request for help. Your making this difficult to cancel a subscription service that literally is so simple to implement into every site. No support was useful, and if I was planning on getting a whole new card together and disabling the current one, as I find it you can't even make it consumer friendly to cancel a subscription. TD;LR: My money keeps being wasted by a subscription that should allow its users to cancel, but it cannot do that, as the actual method doesn't work and support is useless. And please please add GTA5 police identifiers like BCSO Blaine County sherriff, Los Antos pd, San Andreas Highway Patrol, Sandy Shores police department. And now for ten codes: Please add GTA 5 police Rp ten codes for LSPD, Sandy Shores PD, San Andreas highway patrol, California highway patrol. Please please add more Role play Server slots and please add Need for speed Rivals Roleplay police Department Identifiers Like RCPD, Seacrest County Pd and their ten codes so please please please add these in your next update. **Developer response:** Hello, The reason it doesn't have other identifiers, departments, 10-codes, etc. is because they're entirely customizable. You need to add whatever you want. There’s only one thing I understand but wish was different. Inactivity on your community you built. If you make a CAD for your Community and are inactive for a certain period it will delete it. But again understandably just a little inconvenient. But besides that this CAD is easy to use, super Realistic, AND Super fun to use!
