Every time I open the watch app, it tells me I have no So os households. I have log out on the phone and log back in. It sometimes works then, but frequently not. Great concept, but so unreliable as to be unusable.

Rarely have I went to my watch and had it work. Usually have to disconnect from my account, find my phone, do the sync dance and good for a day. Sync is rubbish. Watch and phone app say success but no household found.

It works amazing, when it is connected and working. Unfortunately it disconnects from my Sonos unit every single day. Which is a drag because you just need to reset it up every time. I do not know why it does that, but I heard this is a common issue which I wish they would fix.
