Have tried a number of times and reloaded the app. The Sonru helpdesk says version 3.5 is the latest and it fixed the bug that crashes the app. Appears it hasn’t. Only downloaded the app for the first time ever last Thursday anyway. ### 1/5 — I can’t answer the interview. *2019-07-25* I was given an online interview where I had to answer questions and record them. This app crashed three times in a row because I could not get past question 2. I went back on and, as a goof, said nothing as my answer. Of course that was the only one that passed. So my answer for question 2 is literally me staring at the wall and pressing the done button. One negative, the text is very small. I had never had an interview like this before so it was all new to me. I completed the interview with ease and it was quite straight forward however, it won't upload the last question it keeps saying 'Network Error' and saying there is something wrong with my network? There isn't I have tried on wifi and using my 3G; everything else works fine on it. Now it will loose me a chance of getting the job i want!! ### 5/5 — Simples *2014-11-05* I was invited to do a video interview and downloaded the app on my iPad. Very simple and intuitive. When i contacted sonru they cant help me ### 1/5 — Be prepared for less than optimal process/interview *2022-08-20* Despite all the conclusive technical tests- bandwidth, audio, video - the connection did not work on my compagnie laptop - the same for which I was doing the interview. Reason obtained from technical support: Better use your personal device/network as Companies, University, Government etc provided laptop and network have issues connecting. Unfortunately this information was not provided prior. It had great tips for completing a video interview as well as a simple yet effective set up. My computer microphone was having issues and the ability to use my iPhone instead of messing around with microphone settings for hours really helped smooth the whole process.
