The software has a lot of potential but it doesn’t work like advertised.

Requires a username and password.  Unclear how to get said credentials.  Appears to be for professionals.

Needed a login username and password to even begin to use the app. 

I tried looking on the website and couldn’t find out how to get a username and password that would work for the app.

I could not set up an account in the app.
