I've tried suggested fixes from Reddit, such as turning Wi-Fi off and back on, but nothing works. After reconnecting, it stays connected for about a week at most before the problem returns. If you're someone who sets it up once and rarely changes the audio settings, it's a fantastic system with amazing sound. The real issue is the app and its unreliable connectivity, not the speakers themselves. For a premium system, I expected a much more reliable experience. Malheureusement, chaque fois que je quitte l’application et que je reviens, la configuration de ma TV est supprimée sans raison apparente et je dois systématiquement refaire toute la connexion entre l’application et la TV pour chaque utilisation. Ce n’est clairement pas pratique, ça n’a même pas de sens, il semblerait que ce soit surtout une application à usage « unique » pour configurer le système un point c’est tout, et éventuellement venir modifier une configuration de temps en temps. Dommage. I figured since PlayStation is a Sony product the two devices would get along swimmingly. But whenever I load up YouTube. My screen just freezes and it won’t unfreeze unless I turn the TV off. So I load up Sony Bravia Connect only for it never to work or connect. So I have to get up off my fat behind and find the remote. But turning off the TV via remote also shuts off my PlayStation. This is one of many complaints I have about this TV that I spent $1,500 on. However, there is one key feature missing that would significantly enhance the user experience more granular Equalizer (EQ) controls. Currently, the default sound presets and basic bass/treble adjustments do not offer enough flexibility to tune the audio output to different room acoustics, personal listening preferences, or varying content types (e.g., movies vs. music vs. podcasts). To make this product truly exceptional, I strongly request the inclusion of the following features in a future firmware or app update: Multi-Band Graphic Equalizer, Custom User Presets: The ability to save at least 2–3 personalized custom EQ profiles for easy switching depending on the media being played. As a fan of Sony’s audio heritage, I know how capable your DSP processing is. Giving users the ability to tailor their sound profile would make this sound system virtually unbeatable in its price segment.
