I have been using this app to track movies and tv series for years and I like it. But right now I suddenly can’t access my account any more. The app starts up with “verify your phone number” and when I do so I get the error “phone number is used by another account”. But I only have one account and there isn’t an option to change the account anyway. So basically I am locked out. Very disappointed.

I LOVE Soon!  Ok, it’s a  tiny little app with only a few reviews but I can’t find anything that comes close to doing what it does. If you’re like me, you like to keep lists of everything - not just books and movies!  This is what you can log: Podcasts, Games, Places, Cafes, Hotels, Museums, Stores, Bars & Clubs, Restaurants, Music, Books, TV Series, Movies and…. you can create your own lists. 
It lets you mark things off when they’re “done” which is helpful for me to look back and remind myself….  Yes, there are things that could be improved and it’s not super sophisticated the way other book tracking apps are ….. but I don’t need all that and I want to track more than just books!  I want to have one place to collect all these bits of information and Soon does exactly that!   Have a look. It’s great!!!!!

I had made an account before and then got a new phone. Now it keeps asking me to verify my phone number and then telling me that my phone number is “already connected to another account.” It is certainly connected to an account - mine. Please fix this bug and let me login again!

I loved, recommended and raved about this app. I’d have liked it to be a little bit more customisable, but otherwise it was great. 
Now, it’s really hard to add things how and where you want them; adding new places is laborious and I don’t even bother. In my last review I said I’d be happy to pay for this app - I’ve deleted that review to say I’m looking for a replacement.

I tried to set up my account over 12 hrs ago and it seems I have to wait for a friend to invite me. Madness. 3 of us are trying to set up and none of us can. How can this be. ?

I love this app and the functionality in general. I have used it regularly for about a year to track books, movies, podcasts and tv shows.  However, I have shared it with a few friends lately and that’s where my frustration has been. They can’t download the app and/or get in without an invite - and I have tried over and over again in every way possible to invite them but to no avail.  So all upsell about the SOON app and the sharing of lists is all for not.  Not only can they not download it themselves (why?? Don’t you want more people to use it?) but we definitely can’t share or collaborate anymore.  I’m almost wondering if this app is in its dying days and not being supported anymore as it seems to me that this should be the core of what it does- allow people to download and use with or without invite - and then require an invite for collaborations only.  Would love an update from the developer to know their plans as I definitely need to get my lists off if it’s going to be shut down soon. Otherwise, PLEASE PLEASE fix the access and invite so others can starting using and sharing, cuz when it’s working it’s awesome!!! Thanks and hope to hear an update! 🙏

I have been using Soon before all these “updates” with accounts. Now I can’t seem to log in (signing with Apple or continuing without account does nothing). So I guess all of my data is gone. What a piece of trash.

I recommended this to a friend and he tried to download the app from Apple. It wouldn't let him do that without having an invitation. I tried to invite him from my app and that's where everything crashes. there's no way of just inputting his contact information without downloading all of my contacts.. It wants me to import contacts,  (I don't think so! ) how do they expect to get more customers? It's too bad cause I really like this little app.

Completely useless app. It is so buggy I couldn’t open an account. It asks you to enter your phone number, then it will send a code via text. The code doesn’t come, so you tap the button to say the code wasn’t received and the whole app crashes. I tried several times over 2 days and never got a code to be able to start an account. Really disappointing

So I first used this app when a friend recommended it, loved it.  Recommended it to everyone, tried to use it a few months ago, logo had changed, and it said they need access to my contacts to see if someone could invite me to use!!!!  I’m not sure if this is a glitch in your system but don’t you want EVERYONE to use it!!  Very disappointed as this was a great app to use.  Please fix problem, I’m still waiting for my invite!!

The new update now demands that you “verify your account” by letting them harvest your phone number, and will not let you access any of the things you’ve saved unless you do. I’m not giving this app my phone number for what seems like absolutely no discernible reason, so I guess everything I’ve saved in here is now locked forever with no way for me to access it.

It’s a great app that I’ve been using for quite sometime but it’s always been full of bugs. Recently after the update people I know have had problems logging in or starting the app. I’ve been unable to create things to add to lists and also the colour scheme on the dark mode seems to be untested for contrast in colours.

The app had a lot of potential but has a long way to go before it’s adopted by a majority of the population. Hope the bugs are fixed soon.

You need to know someone who has an account to send you an invite, or you are stuck in limbo waiting for soon to send you one. My advice give 🧡 “LikeWise” a try it tells you where you can find movies/shows to stream, how long they are, books, the number of pages, where you can buy them, & podcasts & where you can find them, as well as giving you recommendations on what you have liked, all while not having you sit around waiting for a responses that will probably never happen in a timely manner

Now the app FORCES you to provide a phone number, out of nowhere, for no good reason, or you loose access to all your lists. Please reverse this at once!!!

The new update also reordered all my lists and won’t let me put them in the order of my choice.
Also why on earth would you get rid of the search bar?
The app is still filled with bugs, and the latest update has not made things better, but WORSE!

Als Liste für alle Dinge und Orte die ich mal so machen, sehen, erledigen möchte. Nett aufbereitet und deshalb gern in Gebrauch. Ich würde mich über die Funktion freuen, das „done“ Datum automatisch mit abzuspeichern. Kann man zwar als Notiz händisch eintragen, ginge aber auch eleganter.

This advertises as an app for general bucket list items like Movies and such. It does exactly what it says it does. 

I would love to see, however, a component that’s for us to add our own personal items, like “Graduate University” for example. For now, I’ve just added it under “Places” tab, but would like to see a “Experiences” tab.
