I contacted her the day before so she knew where to park and to let her know what I wanted. She said she would need 1 1/2 hours. Jennifer did not show up for my appointment the next day. I went to leave a 1 star review but was told I couldn’t because the appointment never happened! No wonder she sits at 5 stars if you can’t report her no shows! Soothe said she called in sick. I was never informed. ### 1/5 — It’s a scam *2026-07-20, version 7.21.2* Do not sign up for the subscription! You can never book, every appointment is cancelled at the last second and you just accumulate points you can’t use, Soothe won’t refund and you lose when you cancel. Total scam. ### 1/5 — Bad app and customer service experience *2026-06-21, version 7.21.1* Today i tried for 35 minutes on the website and app while both crashed over and over. Refusing to refund after making impossible to book for months *2026-05-22, version 7.21.1* Scam. This place used to work for me, but there’s been a technical issue that's prevented me from booking anything for months, and customer service refuses to refund my membership because of their T&Cs. I've emailed support for months about this, and they keep saying they'll escalate to leadership, then the same person replies with "no because our T&Cs." Meanwhile, I've been charged hundreds and the system continues to show zero availability in my area for the foreseeable months. They respond, but give advice that is were either incorrect or unrelated to what you asked for. Also, the massage therapists are constantly canceling on you with very little notice, making it extremely difficult to book a reliable massage. ### 3/5 — Glitchy and not intuitive *2026-03-01, version 7.21.1* The app is fine, but the glitches make for a very sour experience. First, a particular therapist may appear to have wide open availability. In reality, they have much more limited spots open and you have to wait minutes or hours to see if your appointment will actually be accepted. Then after your session is complete, often the next day, you get a prompt to leave a review and a tip. Problem is that you’ve already submitted a review and provided a tip. So you have to send yourself a receipt and ensure the tip was actually given. I booked for 4 days straight and each one was canceled and not met for the booking, they don’t have any providers to do the work but will collect your money and won’t refund you. I been trying to get refunded and they insist on keeping my money and not being able to complete the reservation.
