(I’m not doing that, by the way as I look for the free ones, but sometimes the paid ones ARE better. So I can see why someone with insomnia would. The creators made it customizable, so you can combine as many of the sounds as you like, and even set a specific volume and intensity level for each sound individually. The selection of noises is very good, and I appreciate the fact that there is a silence timer feature as well as an alarm.
