Signed up a year ago and have been sent an email that the app will auto renew my membership and that if I’d like to cancel I can visit the website. Cannot locate anywhere to cancel membership on website or app. Do not sign up to subscription. I’ll have to cancel my credit card to avoid charges.

I’ve been a fan of Sophia for years and always followed her workouts as best I can.

The videos dedicated in this app are incredible! I didn’t come here for the nutrition plans but they really have helped massively too. 

Keen to monitor my progression but overall I am incredibly impressed with the app functionality and assets.
