I’m missing the web filtering tab. I got this from the App Store. Gerade auf die brandaktuelle neue Bedrohungslage bezüglich QR Codes ermöglicht es einen guten Schutz. Ich würde mir lediglich wünschen, dass er nicht in einem Untermenü vergraben wird bzw. Es ein Widget/Schnellzugriff dafür gibt ### 2/5 — What has happened with the latest update?! *2024-10-25* I used to be a great fan of this app, mainly for the Authenticator but also in informing me of updates available. Lately though, the Authenticator scroll function is completely up the wall, so I now struggle to read some of my codes without it jumping to the end or start… ### 3/5 — Home User/Unmanaged User *2024-09-23* The lack of information on a dashboard or running log (like in the Home Premium product) makes me question what this app is actually doing in the background, if anything. This product, if it’s going to be the only one for iPhone/iOS needs integration with the other Home products. The lack of monitoring data to the user doesn’t make anyone feel safer and give a reason for the customer/user to keep app on their device. Give us something to indicate that the app is doing something constructive and show we’re actually being protected by this application. ### 3/5 — As a Keepass client *2024-09-15* The idea of having Sophos as password safe just fits, and I’m using it for that purpose since many years. Currently the app cannot handle the latest format of keepass files and I hope Sophos would do some more effort here to frequently update to solve such problems. The Password Safe is an excellent addition that uses your Keepass database. However, a recent update by Keepass appears to have broken the functionality within this app. A real shame and hopefully Sophos will fix the issue soon. The authenticator tool is also very good. ### 2/5 — Authenticator fehlerhaft *2022-09-21* Der Authenticator hat Probleme damit den aktuellen Faktor anzuzeigen, und man sich dadurch oft zweimal anmelden muss. Einmal habe ich erlebt wie der Code vor Ablauf des Timers umgeschaltet wurde. Ist mir schleierhaft wie sowas passieren kann. Außerdem kommt die App regelmäßig nicht aus dem Standby zurück und man muss sie kalt starten. Sie nervt mich. ### 2/5 — Lost keys after update *2022-08-04, version 9.7.3* Been using for more than 12m and all works fine. After update keys are all lost . When try to add back it says invalid. FYI the key is for office 365 from Microsoft. ### 2/5 — Upgrade is a downgrade. *2022-07-25* The new authenticator changed the names of all the services which was a pain to change back, but worse yet, you now have to click and hold to copy the codes to the clipboard instead of just tapping. Now a short tap brings up the options to edit. It should be reversed. Ah et prendre en charge plus de fichier de mot de passe comme Buttercup par exemple. ### 4/5 — A couple issues but good *2022-01-18* We use Sophos corporate wide and I love the fact that a password manager and Authenticator are built in to an app that can be used for personal use. The only 2 issues that I have is with the password manager. It takes an unnecessary long time to open the password db every time and the password database doesn’t seem to save or able to open files from one drive or google drive. It can import the file just not really interact with it in the cloud. I want Sophos as my mobile password manager but due to the 10 second open lag I don’t know if it’s going to be feasible. ### 3/5 — Can’t save changes *2021-06-04, version 9.7.0* I get this error everytime. iPhone 11 latest patch as of this review ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Will or Won't work with old iOS *2024-11-20* While the app is OK it keeps telling me I am at risk because I will not install the latest iOS. It does not say how you are at risk. Why? Will this app even run correctly with protection on an older iOS? Again I can not figure that out. Their "support" webpage was also unable to help me figure this out. So I deleted it as I am not sure what it does now. Incidentally, Apple will remind you there is a new iOS. If I want to install it. But are these people aware Apple also has downloads for only for Security for older iOS? ### 1/5 — Useless app *2024-06-14* This is a kind of useless app unless otherwise add a web protection feature. Deleting today. ### 1/5 — Can’t tell if it’s useful *2021-07-03* I have three WiFi networks in my home using the same brand and model of hotpoint and all on bridge mode connected by ethernet to the same wired router. I have gotten several notifications from Sophos Intercept X on my iPhone that some sort of risk exists with respect to one of the networks and always the same network but not always the same issue. Intercept X always recommends disconnecting from the network (a pretty useless recommendation when by itself), but when I immediately re-connect there is no warning from Intercept X. Sophos Home Premium on my laptop has never issued a warning. To be useful, warnings from Intercept X should offer a means of preventing said problem, not just a recommendation to quit using WiFi. And what product should I believe: Intercept X or Sophos Home Premium? In its defense, Intercept X is free, but I’ll probably just remove It from my iPhone to eliminate what has become an annoyance. ### 1/5 — Easily worst software product I have ever used *2021-05-17* I have installed Sophos Home Premium for MacOS and Sophos Intercept X for iPad and iPhone. I don’t often bother to write reviews, but this product is so bad, I felt I had to. The MacOS version is completely unstable. Frequently stopped working because the extensions somehow disappeared. Trying to reinstall those extensions is a half-day project in hairpulling. The mobile versions, as far as I can tell, are useless. But the worst was their chat feature for getting technical help. Waiting in line for 60 minutes to initiate a chat, then having the chat box just disappear with a message that no one is available right now. My second experience with chat got me to someone who told me that he doesn’t help home customers. Incredible. If you are an enterprise customer, I imagine your experience is different. I am a home premium customer, I actually paid for this product. I was given a horrific mess of a product and really bad customer support. ### 1/5 — No funciona con Google en iPhone actualizado *2021-02-20* La combinación iOS/Safari/Google con ExpressVPN sobre un iPhone XS todo ello actualizado a ultimas versiones en esta fecha no funciona. Google entra en bucle pidiendo continuamente identificación por el consabido mosaico de imágenes. Hasta hace pocas fechas el conjunto funcionaba perfectamente. It’s the security equivalent of letting Cruella De Vil watch your new litter of Dalmatian puppies. I had the software on two MacBooks and it like all security software requires full disk access. A very professional tech remotely accessed my MacBook to install the software properly. There were windows of code flying around everywhere. The software to remotely access my Mac remained , 1mo later I noticed an identical looking icon for sophos right next to the original one. Trust this app as Nicole should have trusted OJ.
