Absolute garbage, notifications do not work for iOS, no Face ID support.

This app is ridiculous.
The functionalities of a basic email app is able to notify me when I have an email.
I only have this because I have to, I would never download and keep such badly designed, serviced and dysfunctional app.
Locked me out of my professional email because my “password is too old” and it’s like 6 months old! On top of all the ridiculous situations I have to put up because this app like: missing out on extremely important email because it’s just a failure to notify. I’m locked out of it in an emergency situation because of a stupid password that no one cares about. Absolute trash app. Shame on whoever designed this.

There are major syncing issues since the last update. I uninstalled the app & reinstalled, then got all the latest mails. Now not working again!!

Notifications do not work. No way to tell if you have new email unless you open the app and check. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

The app looks good and is easy to use.  My calendar alerts for reminder great.  However; you are not alerted when you get an email.  My work requires this app for security etc.  I’m finding emails late when I open sophos email.  No icon counter and no screen alerts.  I’ve tried everything including our IT department.  Androids seem to work, but a lot of us use iPhones.  It would be 5 stars if it had email alerts which is extremely important for my job.

Works well when it works, but lately I've had to delete and reinstall a few times. It opens and authenticates, but then sticks in a refresh loop and never actually takes you to your mail. It was fixed by closing and reopening again, but that's stopped now and it just won't open. Will try reinstalling again..
