It would be great if I could also see posts that my friends are commenting on and their comments in the for you tab. The app that does this perfectly is Trunks. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your review and kind words! In the next update, I will add a logic where it surfaces replies and comments from your friends and put them in your timeline. It will also feature a redesign where you can easily view trending topics using horizontal scrolling blocks on top of the timeline tab. As far as i can tell, it’s completely unparalleled! But yeah, I have trouble getting the like button to click, and after being open for a minute or more it reallly starts to lag. Saving a photo shouldn’t require a subscription. You can tap the share menu (the last icon button in picture viewer) and tap the save image button. The HD button for showing a high definition photo does require a subscription in the current version. However, I’ll double check and remove all paywalls around this in the next update. The on-device algorithmic feed is quite good, and the thread view has to be my favourite of any Fediverse app (Bean is the only one that comes close). The notifications section is also great. Better than any other app. As it stands now, my main issue with the app is that on an iPhone 12 mini, it feels very cramped, and the large text size doesn’t help. Everything feels too big for the screen, and some things, such as the sort button in the top bar, are misaligned. Pro should be optional and burried in a menu, there shouldnt be 10 different menu items that dont function and lead you to a payment page. **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for your input! Now it has all of these ugly AI graphics before you can even log in. Ugly, poor interface. It sent a validation code which I received via email, but unfortunately the blue sky login does not provide any method for providing that authorization code. ### 1/5 — Completely broken *2024-05-05* I tried registering in Sora. Got the spinning beach ball, but decided to just wait it out. Then my Mac reported running out of memory, and that Sora used 50Gigabyte!!!! of memory. This app is an instant delete. ### 1/5 — Goes against the idea of the fediverse *2023-10-05* The fediverse is meant to be ad free and this app doesn't seem to care about that at all. **Developer response:** Please try the newest version of this app, which has all the ads removed. I always consider feedbacks as the top priority, and use these to continually improve my apps, so thanks again for your review! ### 2/5 — An ambitious mess *2025-01-19* The design is ugly, the menus labyrinthine, and the nags to upgrade to pro can’t be dismissed without restarting the app. And god help you if you want to log out. The BlueSky (iOS native) app and alternate mastodon clients perform well on the same machine. ### 3/5 — Crashes a lot on Apple Watch *2024-05-20* I got this app so I could use Bluesky on my Apple Watch. Unfortunately it always crashes after a few minutes and never gets the sorting right. It seems to just be a mash of random posts and replies. I can view profiles posts and images in separate windows and I can place them wherever I want. It connects to Mastodon, Misskey, Bluesky servers. It also comes with a Twitter like For You feed which allows me to discover much more contents! And not to mention the video feed! I love the way that this app shows a variety of posts. I have discovered so many new accounts to follow too!! It’s algorithmic I know but it’s local so that’s far more advanced than other SNS apps. One feature I hope is Nostr support. And also different interests grouping for different accounts.
