Any updates? This is most useful app until now. Please get it fixed. I’m giving it 2 stars because no one bothered to follow up since the last IOS update as the reviews indicated. My ipad downloaded the app & whenever I open the icon, the app shuts off. Can you upgrade the Sorensen Buzz Card app asap so deaf people globally can use it? Works way better for communication with non-signers than the Apple Notes app. Though me & my Deaf friends really don’t care for Sorenson, I’ll use this app of theirs. Wish they’d acknowledge that the FCC rules DO allow ASL-fluent hearing individuals to apply for, receive and use videophone numbers that do not connect to VRS. Most of my ASL-fluent friends are hearing without speech disabilities. ### 5/5 — Use for my deaf patient *2015-09-22, version 1.1.9* I have a deaf patient who cannot afford a hearing aid so we use this to communicate with her! It has been a God send! Thank you so much! Print is big and easy to read. It's easy to edit messages. We can save and easily retrieve phrases we say use often so it's very efficient. OS8 Caution! *2014-10-09, version 1.0* This program helped me transition to Deafness, and still has been a real lifesaver out in public! BUT A WORD OF CAUTION! I just upgraded to OS8 (iPad Mini RD), and the program will not work! I'm still tinkering, but it's not looking good. It will be terrible to lose this stellar program! UPDATE! I have not found a way to contact them about this. In the mean time, you CAN get to work a little in iOS 8. Do not use the Trash Can, or the Categories. Delete messages ONLY by using the Edit function. Anything else will lock up the program. If you get Locked Up, you can either just wait a day or two (it seems to release eventually), or do a complete power off of your iPad.
