## What is Sorsha?

Most travel apps build you a list and plot your route. Sorsha does the opposite.

Open it in a hidden izakaya in Tokyo, a family-run enoteca in Positano, a sprawling mercado in Mexico City, and you get a short, well-written brief on that exact place: what it is, what makes it worth your time, and what you need to know before you sit down. It's like what a well-traveled friend would text you, if your friend had been there before you.

It's built for the traveler who plans carefully, only to watch the plans fall apart. The reservation that's booked out. The afternoon with suddenly nothing on it. The place you walked into because you were hungry and it happened to be there. Those are usually the nights you actually remember, and they're what Sorsha is for. It's not meant to replace your saved pins. It's meant to be there when you're standing somewhere you never saved in the first place.

And when you need to say something, or understand what was just said to you, Sorsha translates and even suggests how to respond, so a menu or a question at the counter doesn't stop you cold.

No feeds, no endless lists. Just the place in front of you, and someone who knows what it is.
