Every school term brings a flood of newsletters, birthday invites, permission forms, WhatsApp groups, Compass alerts, and notices on the fridge. Most of them have dates in them. Almost none of those dates make it into your family iPhone calendar. Sorted fixes that. Take a photo of any notice, share a PDF newsletter, paste a URL from the school website, or snap a screenshot from the class WhatsApp group. Sorted reads it all and pulls out every event — sports days, excursions, assemblies, term dates, fundraiser mornings — then shows them to you for a quick confirm before they land in your the Calendar you already use. It takes about ten seconds.And saves you hours of monthly admin. Any school. Any event. Any format. Sorted works with whatever your school sends home — School app alerts, PDF newsletters, printed notices for the fridge, email updates, website pages, even a photo of the whiteboard. If it has dates in it, Sorted will find them. Multiple children, no chaos. Set up a profile for each child, each with its own colour. You can also search from a global database of over 160,000 schools with official information about the school. Note: some databases like USA have limited demographic data available. Events are tagged so you always know which calendar item belongs to which child or family member. Your calendar, your source of truth. When Sorted saves an event, it also saves a link back to the original photo or PDF on your device. Tap any event in your calendar and you can pull up exactly where it came from — handy when the teacher asks if you got the note.
