## What is Sorted?

Sorted helps you know what to take today, what you already logged, what overlaps, and what is running low.

If your routine includes supplements, vitamins, medications, protein powders, energy drinks, or occasional items, it can get hard to remember what belongs where. Sorted gives that routine one calm place to live.

Sorted is free to use for your supplement routine. Sorted Build Lab is an optional one-time unlock for people who want the behind-the-scenes builder notebook, prompt examples, practical workflows, and release lessons from creating the app.
