Catalog your collections, beautifully.
Sortifact is a modern, private cataloging app for anyone who collects, organizes, or just wants to know what they own. It's built for hobbyists, collectors, and regular humans who are tired of digging through boxes wondering "do I already have one of those?"
 
WHY SORTIFACT?
Most inventory apps are either spreadsheets in disguise or full-blown business tools meant for warehouses. Sortifact sits in the sweet spot: powerful enough to track thousands of items, simple enough to use with one hand on the couch.
 
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Create unlimited collections for anything — books, records, coffee makers, camping gear, LEGO sets, jewelry, pens, kitchen tools, plants. One app, endless catalogs.
• Snap photos or pull from your library. Every item can have multiple photos, swipeable in the detail view.
• Scan barcodes to auto-fill book info. Point your camera at any book's barcode and Sortifact automatically pulls in the title, author, publisher, year, and cover image. Works with records, CDs, and other barcoded media too.
• Add custom fields per collection. Tracking pens? Add Brand, Ink Color, Nib Size. Cataloging art? Add Artist, Medium, Dimensions. Every collection can have exactly the fields it needs.
• Four layouts. Browse your items as a grid, a list, a big Instagram-style gallery, or a tinder-style swipeable deck. Pick whatever feels right for what you're looking at.
• Make every card yours. Long-press any item to customize its background color, text, accent, and shape. Your collection. Your style.
• Dark mode, light mode, or system. Plus premium themes that look great on any screen.
• Categories, tags, and search. Find that one item in thousands with one search.
• Export to CSV. Back up your catalog or move it to a spreadsheet in one tap.
 
PRIVACY FIRST
Sortifact doesn't collect any data about you. Your collections live on your device, period. No account, no cloud, no analytics. The only time Sortifact talks to the internet is when you scan a book barcode — and then only the ISBN number is sent to Google Books and Open Library (both free, public APIs).
