## What is Sortoma?

Sortoma is an AI email assistant that takes the work out of your inbox — your own, or a shared one your whole team runs.

The AI reads every email the moment it lands and sorts it into Urgent, Today, Later or Marketing, so what needs you rises to the top and the noise falls away. Open a long thread and Sortoma hands you a one-line summary and the key points, so you're caught up in seconds. Ready to respond? It drafts a reply in your voice to send or tweak. The more you use it, the better it learns what matters to you.

FOR YOUR INBOX
• Smart triage into Urgent, Today, Later and Marketing
• One-line summaries of long emails, with the key actions
• AI-drafted replies in your tone
• Snooze, folders, search and a fast, clean mobile inbox
• Add more than one address and see them in one place

FOR SHARED TEAM INBOXES
Turn support@, sales@ or admin@ into a place your team actually works together:
• Assign emails so everyone knows who has what
• See who's already replying — no more double answers
• Discuss any email in a private team chat attached to it — no forwarding or CC chains
• @mention a teammate to pull them in

Sortoma works with the email you already have. Sign in and your inbox is sorted, summarized and ready to act on — for you, and for your team.
