## What is SOS Coach?

SOS Coach is built for the moment an urge hits.

Tap SOS and start a focused 3-minute rescue. Your coach helps you slow the moment down, gives you one small action to take, and lets you record what happened without shame.

But progress is more than the hardest moments.

With SOS Coach you can:

1. Start a 3-minute SOS when cravings or urges hit
2. Get one clear action instead of a long list of advice
3. Use Daily Focus to build small positive actions every day
4. Reflect with an AI journal coach
5. Track streaks, wins, EXP, levels, and achievements
6. Log slips honestly and start again without punishment
7. Build a history your coach can use to understand your patterns over time

Guided SOS always stays free, so the SOS button still works even without AI access.

SOS Coach Pro unlocks unlimited AI SOS coaching, AI journal coaching, full history, and long-term coach memory.

Monthly and annual Pro plans are available. Eligible new subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial.

SOS Coach is a self-help and habit-support tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.
