## What is SOSS?

SOSS — Save Our Squad Signal — turns your phone into a visible red-and-white emergency beacon for festivals, concerts, sporting events, and crowds.

WHAT IT DOES
• Alternating red and white screen flash synced with your phone's flashlight
• Optional emergency siren (3 options) at maximum volume
• Screen brightness goes to 100% automatically
• Hold-to-activate with pocket-dial protection
• Alert your squad — preview and send an SMS with your GPS location to a trusted emergency contact

WHEN TO USE IT
• Medical emergency in a crowd
• Someone needs help and you can't reach staff
• You feel unsafe and need to be seen
• Overdose or heat stroke — seconds matter

HOW IT WORKS
1. Press and hold NEED HELP for 1 second
2. Hold your phone high above your head, screen facing outward
3. Flash and torch pulse automatically — designed to stand out from phone lights and LED shows
4. Optionally send your emergency contact an SMS with your location
5. Hold to stop when help arrives

IF YOU SEE SOSS
Someone nearby needs help. Go get security, medical staff, or venue personnel immediately. Don't wait — act.

IMPORTANT
SOSS is a visual distress signal for crowds. It does NOT automatically contact emergency services. Always use local emergency services (911) when appropriate. SOSS is not a replacement for calling for help — it is a signal to help others find you while help is on the way.

• All data stored locally on your device
• Location used only when you activate a signal or prepare a squad alert — no background tracking
• Camera used for flashlight only — no photos or video captured
• SMS requires your manual confirmation to send
