I love it! ### 5/5 — Test your theological views against the best scholars *2020-07-29* Wether you are a Calvinist, Arminian, open theist, molinist, other, or indifferent... as a theology geek, I would hope that you would want to know the truth of the gospel. Leighton does a great job of fairly representing Calvinism by letting them speak for themselves l, in their strongest arguments. Check it out and fact check it. Test your theology against the best scholars. ### 5/5 — YES!!! *2020-07-19* I often liken listening to some of my favorite Calvinistic teachers as eating trout: there’s a lot of good meat there but every now & then you have to spit out some bones...not the case here. Leighton is a gentleman, scholar & a breath of fresh air in yet another Calvinistic resurgence. This app is very well done & incredibly usable. I’m looking forward to utilizing the download feature on my next long drive through poor reception. ### 5/5 — Great Content, Biblical Content *2020-07-04, version 1.0* Dr Flowers does a tremendous job at presenting the Biblical view of salvation in the midst of the rising reformed theology. The content in this app is a must. ### 5/5 — Great! *2020-07-04* We have benefited greatly from Leighton Flowers’ ministry on the Soteriology 101 website and are so glad to see a good, useful app for his solid, thoughtful, biblically sound content. Find out why the gospel of Jesus Christ really is good news for you no matter who you are. This is level-headed, responsible Bible teaching. Thank you Leighton! ### 5/5 — Excellent *2020-07-02* My wife and I have been following Leighton’s ministry for several years. His teaching on Soteriology101 is excellent and he is very gracious to those who do not agree with his soteriological position. This app will make it easier to watch his material. One suggestion for the app is to change it to work in landscape mode and to fill up the screen on an ipad ### 5/5 — Bhamhere *2020-07-02, version 1.0* Ive been listening to Dr Flowers podcast and YouTube channel for years. This app makes it so easy. His teaching on Soteriology is excellent ### 5/5 — Informative App *2020-07-02, version 1.0* A very useful app proving information and resources about the Christian soteriology of Provisionism. Additionally, other systems of soteriology are discussed, particularly the false system of Calvinism and Reformed Theology. ### 5/5 — Decreed to get this app *2020-07-01* I was determined to get this app before the foundation of the world so therefore I am not responsible. And can you make it so it works in landscape mode ### 5/5 — The layman’s promise.... *2020-07-01, version 1.0* You won’t be disappointed. I love this app. Leighton is fantastic at getting to the clear, biblical, sound truth and for all you theology geeks out there, this is a must have. ### 5/5 — Super useful for offline. *2020-07-01* Fantastic. I’ve been waiting for something like this from Leighton! I try not to use mobile data as much when I’m working so this will be a big help seeing that I can download the audio of his content. ### 5/5 — Excellent! *2020-07-01* One of my favorite podcasts now has an app! Easy to use and gives me 1 stop access to everything ‘Soteriology 101’ all in 1 place. ### 5/5 — Soteriology 101 *2020-07-01, version 1.0* Dr. FLOWERS is a biblically careful, thorough, and reverent in his exegetical teaching. So very good and comes highly recommended. ### 5/5 — A voice crying in the wilderness! *2020-06-30, version 1.0* This is such an important ministry that is standing at the coal face of what is biblical truth?! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-01-09* I would really like to use this app, but from the first moment I downloaded it, it won’t open, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same thing, help please! ### 1/5 — Won’t launch on my iPhone XR running latest iOS *2020-07-01, version 1.0* So looked forward to this new app since it is from an awesome website of the same name. However having downloaded it both on my iPhone XR and iPad running latest iOS it won’t launch but just crashes. And yes, I have reloaded a couple of times and restarted iPhone and iPad. ### 2/5 — Audio Glitch *2023-12-04* This is a reoccurring problem with anyone who has problems with the app. When you pause an audio, it starts from the beginning when you play it again. ### 2/5 — Pressing Pause then Play in Audio Resets *2022-06-14* If you pause, then hit play again in audio (not video), the recording goes back to the beginning. I will edit my rating if this gets fixed. Love the content tho! Bless you Leighton and friends! ### 3/5 — Great start *2021-08-10* The only issue with this app is that when you pause audio and hit play again it starts over. It also does this when your phone rings. Please figure out a way to save your progress. ### 5/5 — Love the app! *2022-08-31, version 1.01* I’ve become a “theology geek” thanks to Dr. Flowers! I love the app. The content is awesome. Would suggest adding a search button to the app. At this point there is so much content posted that it would be helpful to be able to search the app by topic without having to leave the app and search the website and/or YouTube channel. Keep the great content coming! ### 5/5 — Great Resource *2021-10-15* Great program presenting biblical alternative to Calvinism and Arminianism — you DON’T have to pick either one of these imperfect options. Dr. Flowers is an engaging, well-read teacher who is very gracious towards those who have different views than his own. Excellent resource for those seeking to better understand God’s salvation to humanity, or for Reformed folks who are willing to listen to non-Calvinistic scholars in their own words. ### 5/5 — Biblical Salvation *2021-09-28* I love the app, along with the ability to see everything that has been posted in one location. Keep up the good work! ### 5/5 — Amazing *2021-04-23, version 1.01* Have been extremely extremely blessed by Leighton Flowers’ content on YouTube, Facebook etc. He is bringing to light some really really important things that every single person needs to hear. It always goes back to 0:00 and I have to drag foward to where I left off.. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2020-10-06* Great app! It’s easy to navigate, works very well on my iPhone 7 and as always, the content is the best. ### 5/5 — Excellent teaching *2020-08-23, version 1.01* A wonderful App for Bible teaching. It corrects any errors in teaching That some churches profess. It is done in a direct but loving way ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2020-08-16, version 1.01* If you want to know the truth get this app. Thanks ### 5/5 — Polished App *2020-08-10* This app works and looks great. As far as the content, I have learned so much in just a few weeks from Dr. Flowers. I have always rejected Calvinism on philosophical grounds as well as on my general Biblical understanding of God’s character, but as a layperson, and unskilled debater I lacked ability to articulate my objections. Dr. Flowers has taught me so much regarding Calvinist proof texts, proper debate tactics, kindhearted disagreements, and the importance of really understanding the subject you’re trying to debate in order to represent it accurately. Looking forward to weekly new content. --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/). User reviews are verbatim App Store reviews.
