## What is Sotto?

Sotto records, transcribes and summarizes your meetings with AI that runs entirely on your iPhone, iPad and Mac. No cloud uploads. No bot joining your call. No account to create. What's said in the room stays on your device.

Most meeting tools send your audio to someone else's servers or drop a robot into your call. Sotto does neither — every word is transcribed, every speaker identified, and every summary written on-device.

HOW IT WORKS
• Record with one tap. On Mac, Sotto can also capture the other people on a Zoom, Teams, Meet or FaceTime call — no bot required.
• Get a live, on-device transcript that tells voices apart.
• Name a speaker once and Sotto recognizes that voice in future meetings.
• Receive a structured summary with decisions and action items, tuned to the meeting type.
• Ask follow-up questions, run skills, and export or share.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Transcription, speaker identification, summaries and chat all run on-device.
• No third-party servers. No analytics or tracking.
• Optional iCloud sync runs through your own private iCloud account.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED
• Speaker labels with voice memory
• Action items, decisions and open questions
• "Ask" any transcript, on-device
• One-tap Skills: follow-up emails, standups, sales notes and more
• Import audio or video files — Sotto transcribes the audio track
• Full-text search and custom vocabulary
• Export to PDF, Markdown, TXT or SRT; send tasks to Reminders
• Live Activity, Lock Screen controls, widgets and Siri on iPhone & iPad
• Menu bar, global hotkey, call capture and calendar linking on Mac
• On Mac: pick your summary quality — the built-in model is ready instantly, or download a larger on-device model for even better summaries
• Keep browsing your meetings while a recording runs on Mac — the compact recording bar keeps the session one click away
