## What is Soturi™?

Soturi™ is an app jointly created by Orion Pharma and Healthware Therapeutics and co-designed with patients and healthcare professionals that can help people living with Parkinson’s Disease by offering them different ways to better cope with day-to-day physical and emotional challenges.
The app offers useful features such as:

Set useful reminders for your future medication schedule and intake.

Note down your symptoms.
• Physical exercises
An 8-weeks exercise program that can help you with postural problems, joint pain, and more.
• Voice and speech exercises
An 8-weeks speech exercises program to strengthen the voice and practice new habits.

Find out how to ground yourself when you feel anxious or overwhelmed by emotions.
• Motion Data Analysis
Contribute to a better understanding of Parkinson’s Disease by providing movement data from a wearable device.
