But they advertise that it’s custom and that it will look like us. I see no point in sending in pictures if it’s not going to look like us anyways. And they won’t refund us our money for this crap product. Unbelievable! Run! Update* And to the developer who says that I can’t get refunded unless there is a quality problem. There are lots of quality problems that I expressed and I still can’t return it for a refund. Like I said crap product and crap customer service. Custom product or not. If it’s crap it should be refunded no questions asked. People don’t take care of customers anymore. **Developer response:** Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. But customized products cannot be returned if there is no quality problem. Thank you for your understanding.
