I’ve been using this app for a week now. I struggle with negativity and wanted to try something to motivate me. Every morning I follow along with the quotes and I have been feeling happier lately!

I love the app, it’s so easy and fun to use! The affirmations feel empowering, good things will find their way to me today ❤️ I also like collecting new items for my pet, it’s cool that each one has a unique skill, and I get to reroll it too!

I love affirmations as a way to continue to improve my mental health and self image, and I love I can do that with this app while also getting cute rewards! Love seeing my pet on the side as I do my affirmations. Great app and way to start my day!
