## What is Soul?

A mindful journal that helps you read your nervous system.

Soul does that with tried and tested methods: journalling, labelling how you feel, awareness, and guided practice. Used regularly, it's designed to tell you something. Whatever it tells you, it's up to you to interpret.

No reading is ever wrong, and nothing is prescribed.

The practice is free: the full check-in, as often as you like, with no daily cap. Your last 90 days of readings stay with you, and you can export everything you've recorded, always.

Your check-ins live on your device and in your own private iCloud.

Soul Membership adds Navigator: optional AI you can talk a reading through with, using only the context you choose to send. Everyone starts with five Navigator messages. Membership also brings your full history and patterns, Apple Health context, and check-ins from Apple Watch.

Membership renews automatically until you cancel, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store settings. A free trial is included on the annual plan.
