Just stupid design. Other issues - slow store selection process every time you make an order - music/podcast stops while using the app - current order status hidden away in menu Sad thing is I know these guys would have paid tens of thousands of dollars for this trash to be developed because App developers take advtantage of non tech savvy business people ### 2/5 — Unable to order on app *2025-10-30, version 37.1* Choose correct location, place order and go to checkout. Then every single time it errors - “ERROR - Can’t contact the server. Please try again later.” ### 1/5 — Worst food app ever *2025-05-16, version 35.2* I tried their food, liked it and decided to browse options on app. The app won’t even show the complete food menu. Hilarious. Prime example of how not to do an app. ### 1/5 — Worse App *2025-04-27, version 35.2* This is the worse app I’ve ever had. It took a while for the credits to show up. Then it stopped showing in the app whenever I bought a coffee. Then now it’s just keeps showing the turning circle as if it’s loading but it’s just hung. It’ll also give an error message - “error code 401”. Wasted so much of my time trying to get back in. Also lost many credits as the time given to redeem is rather short. There isn’t an outlet close to my house. So I’ll only be able to visit when I’m in a major shopping mall ### 1/5 — NOT WORKING AT ALL *2025-03-17, version 35.2* This is one of the worst apps I’ve come across. It never works! I have uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in and out… nothing works ### 3/5 — App *2025-02-19, version 35.2* Two days running I have purchased coffee and the app is not registering that I have purchased coffee it is saying 0 instead of 1 for each purchase. It should not be saying 0 when you buy coffee it should say 1 because for every 5 you get a five dollar voucher. If there is a problem with the app then it needs to be fixed. But the only things on the app are breakfast and drinks? No salads or rolls? I’ve tried different stores and different times of day and they all don’t show any salads. Despite making sure I should receive any and all app notifications, I haven’t received any which means I’ve missed out on at least three Rewards that I can see have since expired.
