No evidence, no proof, no explanation — just vague copy-paste responses about “security” and “irregular activity.” It feels like this company only listens to players who spend more money or have more influence. If a high spender reports you after losing to you, suddenly your account gets investigated and banned? That does not feel fair at all. The game constantly pushes new updates, events, and packages that seem focused on getting more money from players, but when real customer support is needed, they hide behind generic messages about “security” and refuse to provide any transparency. If you are going to ban paying players, at least provide actual proof and a fair appeal process instead of repeating the same scripted response.
