Today I had to log in as if I had never been in the app and everything was wiped away including my premium membership. For an app that is supposed to help for anxiety this is just really ridiculous! Example : “how often do you” and the the answers are “not at all”, “1-2 times per week” How can you answer when you don’t know what the question is? I guess these days you can’t even look at a website without getting pulled in. It maybe great for some but I’m not interested & I can find no way to get rid of it. I remember Soula was out when most chatbots weren’t even out yet. It was impressive to play around with. It just stinks that the memory aspect hasn’t been fixed yet but I’m an optimist so hopefully soon?
