I tapped a bike thinking I could explore other options, as most fitness and booking apps allow toggling between selections without immediate commitment. However, my girlfriend informed me that the bike was already reserved—and because the class was less than 24 hours away, there would be a fee to change it. Given how densely packed the bike selection buttons are, it’s far too easy to misclick. I strongly recommend adding a confirmation step before finalizing the reservation. A simple “Confirm Your Bike” prompt would help prevent unintended charges and improve the user experience for both new and returning users. I paid $60 and was going to reserve a class that was gonna start in 40 mins and I picked my seat but then I accidentally clicked on a second seat and I can’t delete it or else it’ll cancel it and use up both of my passes. Now I’m left with one. I’m so furious right now. As a new rider, why can’t there be a button to confirm your choice after selecting a seat.
