Funcionamos con una tarjeta recargable, cómoda y fácil de usar. Para disfrutar de cada atracción, simplemente se pasa la tarjeta por un lector que va descontando el dinero que cuesta el juego. El precio de cada juego está configurado previamente de acuerdo a su valor de entretenimiento.
El saldo de la tarjeta no caduca y la misma tarjeta puede ser utilizada por varios niños, sin distinción.

No es necesario ser socio de nuestro club ni tener la tarjeta registrada para llegar a ser VIP… simplemente se requiere haber consumido 100€ de saldo.

¿Qué ventajas tiene el cliente VIP?
Un descuento que no podrás pasar por alto… 10% de descuento en todas las atracciones de nuestros parques.
Así, cada vez que pases la tarjeta por el dispositivo de entrada de cada atracción, verás reflejado el precio normal y el precio de cliente VIP.
Ya ves, ser cliente VIP es una gran ventaja… ¡menos dinero, más tiempo de diversión!

NOTA: a los seis meses de no usar la tarjeta vip, pasa a estatus NORMAL. Teniendo que volver a consumir los 100 euros para entrar en categoría VIP.

Es imposible recargar la tarjeta desde la app, el servicio de atención al cliente es nulo, tanto por teléfono como por chat!

La App no sirve para nada. Quizá no sea culpa de la propia aplicación y sea la intranet se Sould Park, pero la realidad es que no se pueden agregar tarjetas, por lo tanto, no se pueden recargar online, por lo tanto, no cumple su función.

Muy mala la app si fuera yo la que la crearia la app me lo pienso antes 3 veses muy mala 

-no carga rapido cadaves que intento darle por ejemplo ala tarjetita media 1 minuto para que se cargue pues qsin con todo

-no puedo añadir mi tarjeta y se me borran los datos de la tarjetas
