Makes multiple mistakes in your images. When you go back to fix the image it uses up credits every time. App then prompts you to buy more credits and selects the higher bundle automatically if your not careful. Same company that owns facemagic. This company should be banned from the apple store. Nothing but a Scam!! For Face Swaps *2024-01-29* This app will generate a smaller and lower quality image than the original you uploaded. The finished creation will have a lower resolution. This is a deal breaker. If you don’t mind your finished images being of lower quality, when they don’t have to be, than go ahead. You may not notice on a small cell phone screen but you will be horrified when looking at your new image on a tablet or computer screen. I’m a paying customer. I expect better. Quality should come first for the customer. This is an easy fix. But will the company care. Only time will tell. A happy customer is a life long customer. An unhappy customer will flee. I am now looking for a new app where quality is foremost. There are no ways of getting free coins unless you pay for more. For $12 you should be able to get free coins a day not 100 coins. This app is exactly like Picso and it has the same interface. I'd give this a higher rate once they give us daily login coins. ### 1/5 — Scam company deleted all my art, and didn’t refund my money *2024-01-02* I’ve had soulgen for 6 months and after the first couple of months I was happy with it so I bought a year subscription. Last month I logged in to find 90% of my art was deleted and when I contacted them about it they couldn’t give me a answer. So I told them to delete my account and refund my money for the unused portion of my subscription. They deleted my account and then refused to respond to my emails saying that account doesn’t exist anymore. They are a scam company and you’re better off not paying for their service. ### 1/5 — Feel ripped off. Deceptive practices throughout. *2024-01-01* Couldn’t be more disappointed. I have enjoyed other ai writing platforms such as aidungeon and novel ai for fantasy stories. Decided to check this out when I saw soul gen and after their website SAID up to 70% off and then showed farther in it was only 50% off a month that a year was 70% off. The website using an hour countdown to show an urgency to subscribe then not giving a discount is extremely deceptive practice. When I went to subscribe for a month on the website it forced me to use the Apple subscription method and no price seemed to change. As for the app itself you currently can’t even use SoulGen on the app so you have to do it online but it is decent the ai is fast, remembers things for the most part and holds a real feeling conversation. Just seems like a rip off to be paying over 10$ for premium that gives 100 credits that you have to use on literally everything from photo generation to generating a soul chat character (which normally costs 40 credits! Almost half what you get a month!) Premium membership should feel premium not just give you access to conversation generation. I’ll cancel my subscription and go elsewhere I just feel totally scammed. ### 1/5 — Stay Away *2023-12-27* They changed their generation policy and dont notify you until you generate.
