We contacted the location associated with the order and were told our order was picked up. They suggested maybe our order was stolen by the driver and to contact DoorDash. However, the tracking from DoorDash said it was waiting to be picked up up well into the closing hours of the store. Several people got the order and then canceled it and I’m just assuming here but because it doesn’t give you the option to leave a tip. I figured that out after the DoorDash receipt said “driver tip $0”. So now I’m out of food money and time. Update the app again with and option to tip please. Good things were the employee mentioned they were gonna take the receipt and write down what happened for the gm in the morning will update soon. ### 1/5 — Ordering Hassle *2024-06-14* Great BBQ but having to download an app, THEN discover as I’m trying to checkout as a Guest that it’s not an option was one of the more annoying experiences lately. Seriously, all that for a sandwich.
