I have been trying to cancel my suscription/account and asked for assistance in the app but I do not get any reply neither the app says how to cancel the suscription

Your views are basic. You gave me a sketch of a basic white man when I said I was white I could be a half a dozen or a half 1 million men out there that was my soulmate. 
When I said the same name same birthday but said I was a different ethnic you gave me the same exact drawing for my soulmate with just the facial colour it in a little darker
