SoulPhone is an AI companion that calls you. Pick a time in the morning and a time at night. Your phone rings like a real call, and The Source is on the line: a warm voice that asks how you're waking up, helps you choose one thing to carry through the day, and at night helps you put the day down. Talk out loud about whatever is alive in you. The Source listens, remembers what matters to you, and each conversation picks up where the last one left off. MORNING AND EVENING CALLS - Choose your call times, or a gentle random window - Calls ring like a phone call, so you can't scroll past them - Mornings are short: one question, one intention for the day - Evenings go deeper: reflect on the day, celebrate what went well, and let go before sleep - Calls follow your phone's time zone when you travel TALK ANYTIME - Tap Talk and The Source picks up - Prefer typing? Text with The Source instead - Share a photo during a conversation MEDITATION, MADE FOR YOU - Guided meditations written for this moment, not pulled from a library - Choose how you feel, the time of day, or what's happening in your life - Sessions from 1 to 15 minutes HYPNOTHERAPY SESSIONS - 14 topics: Sleep, Confidence, Stress Relief, Joy, Self-Love, Happiness, Courage, Forgiveness, Letting Go, Grief & Loss, Inner Peace, Abundance, Creativity, and Trust & Surrender - 10, 20 or 30 minutes, spoken in The Source's voice SLEEP AND GRATITUDE - A night letter from The Source, different every night - Sleep hypnotherapy and pre-sleep meditations - Short gratitude, breathing and stillness rituals GOALS AND A 30-DAY JOURNEY - Goals that grow out of your conversations, with simple next steps - A 30-day season through Awareness, Kindness, Truth and Courage - Weekly reviews, a wisdom journal, and streaks that celebrate practice SACRED UNLOCK Choose the apps that pull you away. Before they open, SoulPhone asks you to pause and breathe first. MORE - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and an Apple Watch app - Optional Apple Health connection (sleep, heart rate, activity) to shape your conversations, and mindful minutes written back to Health - Optional city-level location for weather and seasonal awareness SPIRITUAL, NOT RELIGIOUS SoulPhone draws on many traditions and on your own beliefs. It meets you where you are and does not preach. AN AI, AND HONEST ABOUT IT The Source is an artificial intelligence, not a person. It says so whenever you ask. SoulPhone is for reflection, mindfulness and spiritual practice. It is not therapy, medical care or a crisis service, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or call your local emergency number. Crisis resources are always one tap away in the app. PRIVACY No ads, ever. Your conversations are never sold and never used for advertising. Call recordings are deleted after 30 days. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your Profile.
