I love this App! I’ve set affirmations to ping my phone on an hourly basis.  It’s so easy to lose your way through the day but having these reminders keeps the positivity and positive vibes topped up. It keeps your mind focused on the good stuff which will then keep showing up in your daily life.
It’s nice to listen to the meditations on my commute home on the train too.
