Sanne is amazing and creates such a wide variety of home workouts. The recipes all taste great and the programs are all so detailed. The price is amazing for what you get! Sanne herself is so encouraging and calming to watch. Working out never feels stressful with her ❤️

I’ve tried several fitness/wellness apps and I really appreciate how simple Soul Sync Body is. I don’t feel overwhelmed with too many options and different areas to be able to access the different content. I love the way your goal is set to how active you want to be during the week instead of as a streak which can feel discouraging if you’re not working out every single day. The aesthetic is a very pleasing minimalist vibe both for the app and the videos. I’ve not experienced any app glitches so far.

I love that there are different challenges, you’re able to search by type of workout or equipment used etc, but there’s also a weekly regular Pilates schedule and a strength focused one. The visual presentation makes it really easy to choose what you want quickly. I have not used the nutrition side so I can’t speak to how the recipes are.

Sanne is very encouraging as an instructor. I’ve previously done her YouTube workout videos and they’re very similar in getting you to build up a sweat and feel your muscles while still feeling relaxing. I’m really looking forward to doing more. I will say that she doesn’t use as many cues so even though it’s very accessible for beginners there aren’t as many reminders to breathe or suggestions for correct alignment or muscle engagement as with some other instructors. I actually like this style as it helps me focus on what I’m doing. She keeps it simple and gets right into it. 

If you like mat Pilates and would like one organized place to access videos this is a really great option. Thank you Sanne and team ☺️

I love SSB pilates! Sanne is a wonderful instructor with a calm demeanor. I love the neutral aesthetic of the whole platform and brand. 
The variety of recipe options in the nutrition category accommodates various diet preferences, and the team seems to be adding more all the time! So great to see it all in app form!
