I love how user friendly the app is and how easily I can navigate everything. I love how we don’t have to add an introduction video (social anxiety here). I like the new premium content features, I would give this app a 5 stars but my only complaint is Melinda, the 24/7 service assistant. Melinda takes a very long time to get back to you. I have even waited for over 5 days just to hear a response. They claim they will get back to you in 24 hours but that is simply not the case sometimes. Please find more people to work as Melinda. They only care for the clients and not the psychics who work hard for a good 2 cents. Customer service ignores you only expect for when you make a mistake then their completely on to you. Your payout takes forever to get even if it’s a small amount. My account got suspended after over 30 positive reviews and many happy clients and they decided to suspend my account and will not reply to any of my emails even though my clients are messaging me and still wanting to get readings and services done. I have left at least 50 messages to Melinda emails TikTok Instagram you name it no one has gotten back to me. Nobody has tried to fix the problem for me. They continue to tell me to give updates to my clients but they don’t do nothing to fix it. They have blocked all my clients talking to me. I’ve been an advisor for over three years. Have been one of their top advisors and they have done nothing to help me they took away my account and leave me with clients that I’ve read for multiple times already. I am nowhere to be found on the app. They don’t get back to me to tell me what I did wrong because I didn’t do anything Wrong, they know I didn’t do anything wrong I can’t get a reply back for the past two months being to their app for three years working continuously online all day and all night. This is the worst possible with no help after all the time and effort I put in for them and they take most of my earnings. ### 1/5 — I have Never Left a Bad Review i dont like to at all *2024-06-08* I Have to get this out there with 25 year of experience licensed Psychic i have decided to give my energy and ability to even help more out there . I came cross this platform. I was able to get on platform and start helping clients . Last month i was dealing with personal familly matter my hours and time was up and down. I did have family pass away and received email stating my account out of service due to not being available during hours I am completely shock i have emailed them 5 times. No response I have sent email explaining my personal situation that was not something i like to share . Email saying response with due to availability acount is out service WORST EVER ### 1/5 — Total scam , never got payed! *2023-11-23* Never got paid. They put me a probational. Were you don’t get any negative reviews ,but I did and they posted them and then they canceled me . I did 19 reading and never got paid . And of course you can’t reach anybody.. i don’t recommend it. There whole philosophy is it doesn’t matter what you say as long as you keep them coming back and if they don’t you’re fired! But I don’t know what happened, but they started taking more percentages off of what we would make an hour. Then I was at a 4.88 rating. Apparently that wasn’t good enough for them. And they never reevaluated my stuff. And I only had very minimal low ratings. Because of them not being able to provide more of a cut on the work that we put in I had to get a job to be able to survive in this world. Now I’ve lost all of my clients because I have not been able to be online as much as I had been in the past. They are very I’m willing to work with people. I am very non-understanding about how life can be very difficult to pay bills. And to eat. And expect us to be on their 24 seven to make any kind of money. Then when you open the app, they automatically return things on then you end up missing calls and being penalized for it because they felt the need to think it was OK to put our status is on without us even wanting them on only because we open the app to check a message. I’m very upset and disappointed at this 2yrs of hard work to build a client base just GONE! You don’t care about the Clients or the Advisors!
