عرضت سلعة للبيع وتم بيع السلعه من ١٠ ايام مثل ماهو مكتوب في التطبيق ولم يتم التحويل المبلغ لحسابي وبعد ما توتصلت مع الدعم قالو اساسا جهازك ما انباع وبنرسل لك الجهاز اول مره اتعامل معاهم واخر مره مضيعت وقت على الفاضي👎🏻

لاتستطيع الشراء بنظام تابي وتمارا ، قد يكون هنالك تعاون مابين تابي وتمارا مع البنوك وشركات التمويل وتكون عملية الشراء خاضعة لأنظمة البنوك وشركات التمويل ، التسويق بإستخدام اسم تابي وتمارا هي فقط خدعه تسويقية لجذب العميل ولكن عندما تبدي رغبتك بالشراء تكتشف أن هذه ماهي إلا دائره موسّعه تعود بك إلى أنظمة وقوانين البنوك وشركات التمويل وغطاء للحصول على تمويل بنكي بنظام التأجير المنتهي بالتملك او التمويل الشخصي أياً كان .

عرضت جهاز للبيع وحالته جيدة وعرضوه بأقل من ثلث السعر اللي ابغاه والله أقل من السوم حق درباوية حراج اللي يستهبلون ولا اقدر احدد السعر بنفسي ولا وكاتبين انه سيتم احتساب العمولة "غير محددة" والضريبة وسيتم تعديل السعر بعد معاينة العيوب ، ولا ما راح اتواصل معكم لا ترسلوا لي رقمكم ولا بعطيكم رقمي

تجربة بيع غير واضحة ومضللة للأسف.

تم بيع جوالي عبر التطبيق وظهرت حالة الطلب “تم البيع” مع رسالة أن تحويل المبلغ خلال 1–3 أيام عمل.
بعد مرور عدة أيام لم يتم تحويل المبلغ، وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء حصلت على ردود متناقضة: مرة يقولون التحويل قريب، وبعدها يقولون المشتري ألغى ويطلبون مني إعادة عرض الجهاز أو استرجاعه.

هذا غير مقبول. إذا النظام أكد البيع، المفترض يتم الالتزام بتحويل المبلغ أو وجود سياسة واضحة تحفظ حق البائع بدون لف ودوران

I sold my phone through the app and the order status showed “Sold” and “Payment will be transferred within 1–3 business days.”
After several days, the payment was still not transferred. Customer support gave contradictory responses: first they said the transfer would happen soon, then they said the buyer cancelled and asked me to relist the item or return it.

This is not acceptable. Once a sale is confirmed in the system, the seller should not be left stuck in uncertainty. The process lacks clarity and accountability.
