Quickly, I learned about the subliminals and started that as well… I trust her because not only is the information spot on, but with the subliminals, the information is listed with full transparency in terms of what you’re hearing. I don’t always trust that when listening to other sources, for example on YouTube or other platforms. And most recently when I created a “business playlist“ not only did my hypervigilance and sort of anxiety surrounding my marketing and client conversion dissipate, I swear I had four new clients within a week of using the playlist. And at a very minimum, the different styles of music, ocean, and Rain Sounds are just awesome to have on in the background daily. Straight away I could feel she is someone that I really trust, which is so important for me when it comes to subliminals. Definitely reccomend this app. When it comes to how it could improve; I quite like the music types, though I wish there was more options, Perbaps flute music as an example. Also there are some of them that I really like and find deep, but 80% of them I find quite shallow and more about “big butts” rather than deeply spiritual things.
