## What is Sound & the Body?

Sound & the Body is an interactive frequency atlas you can hear.

Journey across seven scales — Brain, Body, Organs, Nerves, Cells, Atoms, and Brainwaves — tapping any region to see what it is, the frequencies associated with it, and, when it's audible, to play the tone live.

What makes it different: honesty. The app clearly separates two very different things. Measured, real physics — EEG brainwave bands, the heartbeat's rhythm, MRI/NMR resonances, molecular vibrations, even the cesium atomic clock that defines the second — is labelled as science. Traditional and spiritual ideas — Solfeggio tones, chakra tuning, the popular "528 Hz" claims — are clearly labelled as tradition, not proven medicine. You always know which is which.
