My son was still in grade school when i became a customer, that was when cell phones became a thing. Now he is an adult. We are in different places but still SCB still is our treasury. With SCB mobile, nothing is ever a problem be it remote deposits, transfers, loans, and all protected. It is with utmost assurance i can give our thanks. It’s well organized, user friendly and I feel it’s really safe in this banking world of corruption and compromise. Biometrics never works (I have it ON), and I don’t want to type my password if I have alternative login option. I guess it keeps me from forgetting my password since I use it all the time? That isn’t why I get frustrated with the new app. It never loads all transactions. If I go out of app and sign in again it will show all transactions. It also pulls up web browser login, which why would I do web browser if I have the app? When I go out of the app and try again it works. I don’t know why it is such a task to login and get simple information. Hope these bugs are fixed. I see many customers have multiple issues as well. I love this bank I love it has an app but all banks do now and I don’t have a problem with my accounts with other banks. These issues need to be fixed. Maybe get a new app designer next go around….
