The most recent update has too many bugs. The app notification count does not reliably go away after checking notices. When scrolling through the list of account transactions, if you navigate away from the app and then come back to it, you lose your place in the list and it jumps back up to the top of the list. They recently updated it and not only is the layout bad and harder to read the way they display things. The app is also way more buggy now including not letting me log in or not letting me transfer money between accounts such as paying off my credit card usage. The largest & 2nd largest CU’s. As far as ease of use and functions, Sound CU’s mobile app is the best. When I log into my bank account, I don’t always have access to my cellular device. It’s a complete inconvenience to the point where I’m gonna start utilizing my U.S. Bank account more instead.
