Tried to access my Buisness account using this app, had to download the personal banking app to get access. Yes, I am sure I have a commercial account. Fix it!!

Very odd being the business side should have more freedom to move about their account

The sound app is very convenient to use it and navigate very well. With my banking in the palm of my hands, trips to the branch are almost done. I also love the customer service side of operations. :-)
